The story goes... The girls felt the earthquake and started to scream. Julie placed all the girls under a doorway of some sort. After the shaking stopped, Amelia didn't want to get out of the door way. After a while she came out and tried to call me (I was at school with Shelly writing a letter). The girls informed the Sugita kids of the protocol of earthquakes. Julie said she was impressed.... big grin :)

Thought I would go for the Emmy in Breaking your kids heart category and I won! By now, anyone who even reads this blog knows what I did... so why drag myself through it again? Well, I read this thing as a reminder and to help me process... Instead of retelling the whole sob story, I will simple write 10 great reasons why Angie should have her head examined if she considers getting a puppy again!

Back to the place... where I belong....

We're Home! The girls screamed and make weird animal noises coming down our street. I was relieved to be out of LA traffic and just past LA in general and for many reasons. I'm happy to be home, but admit that I could hop in the car tomorrow and head another direction for another month or two or ten. Of course, after sleeping in my bed, showering in my shower and doing 5 loads of laundry. Oh Well... I am beach camping in two weeks, so that will be nice.
